I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness. I believe that an individual's well-being is influenced by many factors, including physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects of their life. Instead of focusing solely on one area, such as diet or exercise, I consider the whole person and help them create balance in all areas of their life. Each woman’s journey is as unique as her fingerprint, and wellness should be tailored to fit the individual patterns of her life.
